As part of its ongoing commitment to the future of the meetings and events industry, international software provider Parrimark Technology has launched a four-month initiative aimed at attracting the best new talent to the industry.

The initiative titled, Today’s People, Tomorrow’s Potential, will be kicked off with a boardroom meeting of key industry leaders on 9 October at the Institute of Director, London. The meeting will focus on how the industry can appeal to the next generations of potential meetings professionals.

Chief executive and founder of Parrimark Technology, Michael Scroop, commented: “It is essential that our industry takes steps to ensure it is desirable to future generations, and that people standards are continually built on. This initiative aims to identify how we can ensure we achieve this and that new talent is drawn to our industry.”

Today’s People, Tomorrow’s Potential is an extension of Parrimark’s current corporate social responsibility policy and comes as Parrimark has announced it will be donating its flagship events management software Events Perfect as a learning aid for events industry students at further education colleges in Australia.
