To satisfy the increasing demand for cost-effective, straightforward audio-visual (AV) hiring facilities, the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC), based in Westminster in the heart of London, has unveiled its latest AV and high-definition (HD) hire package, designed to achieve high-quality imagery for its clients.

The package, designed by the venue’s in-house AV team, Interface, provides companies with a comprehensive and economical way of delivering messages through high-quality image projection.

"For many event organisers, AV technology is a minefield,” said Interface sales manager Deborah Jones. “This package helps tackle the stress of selecting the right technology for an event.

"We believe HD will eventually become the broadcast standard, and so intend to campaign for higher quality imagery on behalf of our clients."

Meanwhile, QEIICC’s commercial director Jonathan Byrne, outlined the venue’s commitment to state-of-the-art technology, saying: "We have a strategic vision for audio-visual facilities that involves a comprehensive programme of innovation.  We are committed to staying at the forefront of technological developments to ensure we can offer the best possible service to its clients."
